Copyright

Editorial PirataZ and the corresponding authors retain all copyright and intellectual property rights over the digital products. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate revocation of the license and in corresponding legal action under Mexican copyright law (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor), international treaties, and the intellectual property laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer: Bank details are provided at checkout. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

International Orders and Shipping

We ship physical products within Mexico only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). We do not currently offer international shipping through the site: if you are outside Mexico and want a physical product, get in touch and we will arrange the shipment and its cost with you directly. Digital products are available worldwide with no shipping cost and can be purchased from any country.

Returns - Physical Products

You may request a return of a physical product within 5 business days of delivery, as provided by Article 56 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law, which governs these sales. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs duties or import fees incurred on the return of an international order. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund the amount paid through the same method you used for payment.

To start a return, contact us before shipping the product back.

Refund Policy - Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital products and the impossibility of "returning" a digital file, all sales of digital products are final.

If you experience technical problems accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
